We schedule a video call (Google Meet / Zoom / WhatsApp Video) to understand your market, your existing distribution channels, and your target customers. This helps us propose the right products and terms.
Before committing to any order, we encourage you to evaluate our products. We can send sample packs of the product lines most relevant to your market so you and your team can assess quality first-hand.
Based on your order volume and territory, we prepare a formal commercial offer including unit prices, Incoterms (EXW or FOB), payment terms, and lead times. Pricing tiers are based on order quantity — the higher the MOQ, the better the unit price. Standard MOQ starts at 3,000 units per SKU.
We formalize the partnership with a signed Distribution or Agency Agreement that clearly defines territory rights, MOQ commitments, exclusivity conditions (if applicable), branding guidelines, and renewal terms.
Once the deposit is received, production begins. We provide regular updates throughout the manufacturing process. Upon completion, products are quality-checked, packed, and shipped according to the agreed Incoterms.
Our relationship does not end at delivery. We provide marketing materials, product training, and ongoing support to help you succeed in your market. Successful partners enjoy improved pricing, priority production slots, and co-marketing opportunities.
We offer two standard shipping term options. EXW is our default and most competitive pricing model. FOB is available for partners who prefer goods delivered to the port.
You or your freight forwarder arranges and pays for all transportation from our factory gate. This gives you full control over logistics and usually results in the lowest product unit price.
We handle delivery to the nearest port of export and clear customs on our end. Risk and cost transfer to you once goods are on board the vessel. Price is slightly higher than EXW.
Payment Terms: Standard terms are 50% advance payment (T/T Bank Transfer) upon order confirmation, and 50% balance before shipment. We do not accept payment on delivery for first-time orders. Established long-term partners may qualify for extended payment terms after 3+ successful orders.
